Our Concept

BALIK proposes a free and casual gastronomic experience that reflects the culture and life of what surrounds us. To capture our environment in each bite we require research, meticulousness, and imagination.

We trace a route through our country to demonstrate the purity and essence of our tradition, along the way we find flavors, smells, and textures that we combine with our experiences creating new flavors.

BALIK is a gastronomic meeting space between the Mayab and continental Mexico. Manifesting our total respect and affection for the ingredients, tradition, thoughtful creativity, and culinary freedom.
